Delete your Tribe account

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for Tribe - Jewish Dating App (by Tribe Jewish Dating), on iOS or Android.

Delete from inside the app

Open Tribe and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Account.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@tribejewishdating.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, and we’ll process the deletion for you.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You can remove or replace individual photos and clear profile fields (bio, work, schools, and more) at any time from the Profile tab in the app. To request deletion of any other specific data without closing your account, email hello@tribejewishdating.com and tell us what you’d like removed.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted immediately: your profile is deactivated and permanently removed from the app — your photos, prompts, bio, matches, and conversations are no longer visible to anyone.
Kept temporarily: account records (such as your sign-up identifiers and moderation history) are retained only as long as necessary for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy, and are then permanently deleted.
You can request complete erasure of any retained records at any time by emailing hello@tribejewishdating.com.
